Opening hours and appointments
We are open until 20:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays, and until 15:00 on Saturdays with no lunch break. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Visiting Woorimbon
No appointment is needed. You can come in during opening hours, or contact us first by phone or email.
- Language
Consultations by phone and in person are available in Korean and English. You may email us in any language.
- What to bring
Please bring your Alien Registration Card or passport. Identity verification is required for treatment under National Health Insurance.
- Health insurance
If you are enrolled in Korea's National Health Insurance, coverage applies in the same way as for Korean patients. If you are not enrolled, the full cost of treatment is charged without insurance.
- Documents for insurance claims
We can issue receipts and treatment certificates for insurance claims. These documents are in Korean.
Opening hours
Check-in closes 30 minutes before closing time. If you are coming for treatment that takes longer, such as Chuna or pharmacopuncture, please arrive with time to spare.
We are closed during the weekday lunch break (13:00–14:00). On Saturdays, we are open until 15:00 with no lunch break.

What to bring on your first visit
- ID
Since May 20, 2024, identity verification has been required for treatment under National Health Insurance. Please bring an Alien Registration Card, passport, resident registration card, driver’s license, or the mobile health insurance card (NHIS app). Photos or screenshots of ID cannot be accepted.
- Auto insurance claim number
If you are visiting because of a car accident, we need the claim number from your insurance company.
- Medications you are taking
Tell us the names of any medications or health supplements you are taking, and we will take them into account when prescribing.
- Test results
If you have recent test results such as X-rays, MRIs, or blood tests, please bring them.
